A Citizenship Card Found

This is to inform all Patient and Staffs of our Hospital that “A Nepali Citizenship Card” has been found on the Hospital premises. If anyone has lost their Citizenship Card, they can come to the Hospital Admin office and describe what was the details on the citizenship card, so that it can be returned to you.
